Complaints We endeavour to provide the best possible taxi service to our customers at all times, but sometimes a mistake may occur. We can only put things right if we are informed of our mistakes. Should you wish to make a formal complaint concerning poor service, a member of our staff or one of our Hackney or Private Hire Drivers, please submit your complaint in writing to: General Manager You must give full details of your complaint stating the date and time of the incident, where you were picked up from and taken to, the driver badge number and the Brighton & Hove City Council Plate Number which can be found on the rear passenger doors or on the rear of the taxi (where applicable). If you have a serious complaint concerning one of our Hackney or Private Hire Drivers and would like to report it to the local Hackney Carriage Office who are responsible for licensing, for Brighton & Hove please submit your complaint in writing to: Hackney Carriage Officer Tel: (01273) 294429 For Adur District, please submit your complaint in writing to: Hackney Carriage Officer Tel : (01273) 263000 If your complaint is regarding a road traffic offence, please telephone Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999. |
