Callback and Textback

Whether your customers are relaxing at home, out and about, or in the pub sheltering from the weather, our Callback and Textback services can let our customers know when their taxi is arriving.

Callback

When a vehicle approaches the pick-up address, the driver can send a message from his or her in-car data unit, which will instigate an automatic telephone call from our office, informing the customer that their vehicle is arriving. Call back enables us to offer a better service to our customers as instead of having to keep checking for the taxi, they can sit at home and relax whilst waiting for their telephone call.

Textback

Textback is the mobile partner to Callback, and means that when the driver sends a Callback command, a text message will be sent to our customer's mobile, letting them know their car is arriving.

Textback sends a unique reference for the job, and also informs the customer of the make, model, colour and registration number of their vehicle that has been sent. This is an essential service for customers out on the town, since they can wait for their car in the comfort of the pub or restaurant, and be sure they are getting into the right vehicle.
