Interactive Voice Response (IVR) works alongside Evocab, and has been set up to currently answer calls from pre- selected residential numbers. IVR has enabled us to free up more of our telephonists to concentrate on dealing with those calls which demand more attention. IVR is like having an army of out best telephonists always available. Your call is answered straight away and it is 100% accurate all of the time.

New Telephone Feature – IVR Advanced

Brighton & Hove Radio Cabs are proud to announce that they are the first taxi company in the Brighton, Hove and Adur area to invest in IVR Advanced which consists of two new features. They operate as follows:

Ø     Future Bookings – when automatically transferred to IVR, select option 2 to pre-book your taxi for later today or for any time on the following day

Ø     Back on the Phone Update – if you need to call back after booking your taxi and a vehicle has been despatched, IVR can automatically answer your call and advise you of the vehicle information.
