Accounts

Brighton & Hove Radio Cabs offer both personal and business accounts, subject to status.

Account customers are automatically given priority when booking a taxi on account. Other account benefits we can offer include cheque book style personal taxi voucher books, which give you greater control over your account. They can be issued to selected account users only or alternatively you can use our general taxi vouchers, which any of our drivers can provide for completion at the end of your journey. We are also pleased to offer temporary accounts for those visiting Brighton & Hove, who may require transport to and from an airport/seaport or simply within our City during your stay.

We will be happy to discuss any other account requirements you may wish to set up, for example, password protected accounts or maximum taxi voucher values. (Please note, all our accounts are subject to a 10% administration charge, which is added to each monthly invoice.)

We currently service many clients from small private customers to large corporate accounts including American Express, BBC, Brighton Centre, Brighton Dome, Grand Hotel and Social Services and Educational Work for the local authority. Recent additions to our high profile account portfolio is the Hilton Brighton Metropole and the Sussex University Students Union.
