Our duty of care comes as standard
For travellers with special needs you can be assured of our very best care and attention at all times. Many of our vehicles are adapted to suit the needs of passengers and conform to all modern safety laws and standards. For wheelchair users we have ramps and safety harnesses suitable for both manual and electric wheelchairs. Guide dogs are welcome on board for our blind passengers.
All our drivers have attended a Disability Awareness Course and all new drivers are required to complete a BTEC as part of our commitment to customer service.
